The police detained Denis Kamalyagin, editor-in-chief of Pskovskaya Gubernia, at the Square at Four Corners: several people were standing in the park. The police checked their documents and said they had reason to believe that an unauthorized rally was taking place in the square. Five people were detained, including Pskovskaya Gubernia journalists Denis Kamalyagin, Vladimir Kapustinsky, Maksim Bartulev, Stepan Baranov, and Ekaterina Novikova. All those detained by police in Pskov were released after testifying.
