The Kirovsky District Court of Rostov-on-Don sentenced the journalist of DonDay.ru to a fine of RUB 10,000. Makar Palamarenko was charged under Part 6.1 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (violation of the established procedure for organising or holding a meeting, rally, demonstration, march or picket).
