In Makhachkala, police detained the journalist of Chernovik Magomed Magomedov, who was holding an individual picket in support of his colleague Abdulmumin Gadzhiyev, who had been arrested in a «terrorist» case. Magomedov was standing at the intersection of Gamzatov and Dadakhayev streets, close to the buildings of the Dagestan departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Federal Security Service. The police took the poster from him and took him to a car. Gadzhiyev’s parents and aunt were also taken to the police station in the Sovetsky District of Makhachkala. They were later released from the police station without reports after giving explanations.
