Journalist Lyudmila Savitskaya was drawn up a report on an administrative offence for failure to submit a report on expenses and income (Part 2 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation) in accordance with the law on «foreign agents». According to the report, at midnight on January 16, 2023, «citizen Savitskaya, being at her place of registration in the Pskov region, committed an offence of failure to submit a report». Savitskaya insists that she submitted the report electronically, and she was not in Pskov region at that time.
