In Penza, the apartment of bloggers Ramzil Galimzyanov and Lyubov Yakushkina was searched in a case of insulting a representative of the authorities (Article 319 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). All cameras, phones, and computers were confiscated from them. A complaint with the Investigative Committee against the bloggers was filed by a traffic policeman, whom Galimzyanov and Yakushkina captured in a video entitled «Lazarev chews d*ck». In the video, the bloggers ask the policeman to explain Article 51 of the Constitution to them. Galimzyanov runs the YouTube channel Uncommon Man, while Yakushkina runs the channel Not a Woman’s Business. Galimzyanov and Yakushkina are yet witnesses in the case.
