On February 22, 2024, the employees of the Centre for Combating Extremism in Simferopol drew up two reports under Article 13.15 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (abuse of freedom of mass information) against Lutfiye Zudiyeva. One of them concerned accusations that Zudiyeva did not indicate in a publication on her social network page that Radio Svoboda was a foreign agent. The second one was for mentioning the organisation Hizb ut-Tahrir without stating in the publication that this organisation is declared a terrorist organisation and is banned in Russia.
