Journalist Lukpan Akhmedyarov received a call from an employee of the Civil Aviation Committee and was said that an administrative fine had been imposed on him for filming a panorama of the streets of Nur-Sultan with a drone. The Committee employee was not able to tell the amount of the fine and how to pay it.
