On December 22, the journalist, author, and host of the project Just Journalism on YouTube Lukpan Akhmedyarov reported that his Kolesa.kz account had been hacked, from which unknown persons had placed an ad on the website to sell a car and provided his phone number. «Now my phone is bursting with calls from people who want to buy my car. The author of the ad put my car at a throwaway price and it’s no wonder there were so many people willing to buy», — Akhmedyarov wrote on Facebook. Lukpan Akhmedyarov states that the account was hacked on the eve of the YouTube freedom marathon in support of political prisoners, scheduled for December 23. On December 23, in the comments under the post, the administration of the website Kolesa.kz, expressing regret for the situation, informed about the removal of this ad.
