The police questioned Lukas Latz, a student from Germany because of an interview with activists of the environmental movement Stop GOK. They told that he had violated immigration laws by working as a journalist without permission. However, even after Lutz paid the fine, police continued to ask why he wrote about Stop GOK and whether he considered this movement extremist. Lukas was expelled from the university and as a result was forced to leave Russia.
