On August 6, 2021, the Kievsky District Court of Simferopol issued a decision regarding the preventive measure against the blogger Ludvika Papadopoulou, who was charged under Article 128.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (libel) for publishing on a social network the material containing allegations that the head of the Judicial Department in the Republic of Crimea is involved in the raiding of the sanatorium in Yalta. According to the court decision, she was banned from leaving her home at night, communicating by phone, and using the Internet.
