Siloviki in masks detained the correspondent of the Swiss TV and radio company SRF Lucia Chirki on the street when she was going to the cafe with friends. She was pushed into a minibus and taken to the police station for identification, even though she presented her ID documents to the police. She was not allowed to call the embassy. She was released three hours after the arrest.
