During an electoral debate on PRO TV Chisinau, Aleksandr Kalinin, chairman of the Party of Regions of Moldova, expressed displeasure that the presenter asked Romanian questions. Angered, he threw a water bottle at the banner set up in the studio. Due to his aggressive behaviour, the politician's microphone was turned off several times, and he left the studio in protest.
