Lawyer Lusine Avaghyan filed a lawsuit with the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction against citizen Naira Terteryan (Live News Media LLC is involved in the case as a third party) demanding to refute the information considered as libel and to compensate for the damage caused to her honour, dignity, and business reputation. The reason for the lawsuit was Naira Terteryan’s allegations voiced on June 30 in the author’s programme Ditaket (Observation Point) of the news website Livenews.am that her ex-husband’s lawyer Lusine Avaghyan interferes in their private and family life in addition to her professional activities. The lawsuit is in the process of consideration.
