Printing houses refused to print the newspaper. The Biysk printing house Katun, where the last issue was published, received a warning from the prosecutor’s office about the inadmissibility of violating the law by promoting the dissemination of «fakes» about the Russian army. A week earlier, the Novosibirsk printing house Prime-Print, where the newspaper was previously published, received a similar warning. On April 14, the editor-in-chief of Listok Sergey Mikhailov was arrested in the case of «military fakes» (Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The same day, the newspaper and the founder of its legal entity were fined under the administrative article on «discrediting the army».
