The publisher of the Gorno-Altaisk-based weekly newspaper Listok was summoned to the prosecutor's office to draw up a ruling on him under Article 20.3.4 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (calls to introduce restrictive measures against the Russian Federation, Russian citizens, or Russian legal entities). The reason was an article from March 30 in which the editor-in-chief Victor Rau urged to send to the bot titled "Nuremberg 2.0" the names of officials who support the war in Ukraine. The publisher faces a fine of up to half a million RUB.
