The judge of the Holosiivs'kyi District Court after granting the claim of the former Deputy Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service, Sergei Semychko, without waiting for the end of the appeal, issued an executive order for the enforcement of the court's decision. As a result, bank accounts of TV channel 24 and journalists Denys Bihus and Lesya Ivanova were arrested.
