Krasnodar-based blogger Leonid Kudinov was questioned as a suspect in a criminal case on insulting a representative of the authorities for criticising President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko. The case was opened at the request of the Belarusian law enforcers. The ruling says that Kudinov published the video with the purpose of «destabilising the situation in the Republic of Belarus» and «deliberate humiliation of the honor and dignity of the head of state».
