On the Republic of Square in Yerevan, before the beginning of the mournful procession dedicated to the memory of those killed in the Karabakh war, Andranik Kocharyan, a member of the parliamentary faction "My Step" showed discriminatory attitude towards journalist Lara Arakelyan. He refused to answer her questions and openly stated that he was ready to talk to any of the media correspondents in the square, but not to a representative of the TV channel 5, whose activities are unacceptable to him. Before and after this conversation, some participants of the procession, having noticed the logo of the TV company, insulted the journalist and demanded her to leave and not to cover the action.
