The Moscow City Court upheld last year's decision on the claim of the family of MGIMO Vice-Rector Natalia Kuzmina against Luchenko and her three co-defendants from Moscow. Each of them must pay the plaintiffs 400 thousand roubles (5,269.00 USD) as compensation for moral damage. The court ordered to remove the controversial materials about the sealing development of the Moscow district of Khamovniki and publish a refutation.
