Lutskina was detained in the case of Press Club Belarus. The police searched her home and seized computer equipment, digital media, and a cell phone. After the search, she was given a preventive measure in the form of detention for 72 hours as a suspect in a criminal case on tax evasion on a large scale (Part 2 of Article 243 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus).
