The Investigative Committee of Russia has launched a criminal case against journalist Ksenia Larina, accusing her of failing to comply with the obligations of a “foreign agent” (Article 330.1, Part 2 of the Criminal Code) by not submitting reports on her activities to the authorities. Larina was added to the “foreign agents” register in September 2023.
