The journalist of Activatika in Khabarovsk Kristina Gritsayenko was fined RUB 18,000 for «participation in the protest action» on September 12. The court considered the live broadcast as participation. The court also stated that since the video, which became evidence of Gritsayenko’s guilt, did not show her press card, the journalist didn’t have the document with her. In the video, Gritsayenko was filmed from the back.
