The camera crews of the ATN TV channel, the Objective media group, and 112 TV channel came to Kharkiv to cover the tragic story of the suicide of a local resident who strangled her son. Journalists arrived at the scene where a relative of the deceased attacked them. First, the man attacked Evgeny Shinkarenko, cameraman of the media group “Objective”. He hit him in the face and damaged the camera. Then he started to threaten and throw stones into the ATN journalist Kristina Asitsa and cameraman Vladislav Samoilov. The cameraman ran to the car, but the man began to smash the vehicle as well.
