The Nadym City Court of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug once again ruled that the joking material «How to take and give bribes so you don’t get caught for it later» was forbidden. The article jokingly described how to hint at a bribe. The court found that the humoresque «has a direct negative impact on the morality of citizens». Courts in the Saratov Region and Stavropol Krai had previously banned the article, but the decisions did not hold up on appeal.
