Vranski and five other eco-activists were detained at a picket in front of Gostiny Dvor. The next day, the Kirovsky District Court of St. Petersburg fined Vranski RUB 30,000 under the article on organising an unauthorised action (Part 2 of Article 20.2 of Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). Later, the ruling was cancelled and the case was sent for a new consideration.
