Vransky and five other eco-activists were detained during the picket. On the next day, the Kirovsky District Court fined Vransky 30,000 roubles under the article on the organisation of the uncoordinated protest action (Article 20.2, paragraph 2, of the Administrative Code). The court decision was later overturned and the case was sent for a new hearing.
