Nizhny Novgorod District Court partially satisfied the lawsuit of four morgue employees for the protection of their honour, dignity, and business reputation. KozaPress was obliged to remove fragments of seven publications, publish a refutation, and pay the plaintiffs a total of RUB 40,000 instead of the demanded RUB 4,000,000.
