The Nagatinsky District Court of Moscow has sentenced journalists Antonina Favorovskaya (Kravtsova), Sergey Karelin, Konstantin Gabov, and Artem Kriger to five and a half years in a general-regime penal colony in connection with the Anti-Corruption Foundation case. They were found guilty of participating in the activities of an extremist community (Part 2, Article 282.1 of the Criminal Code). The trial was held behind closed doors, and when the verdict was read, the court prohibited photography and video recording. “Anyone who raises a camera will face 15 days in detention,” warned the bailiff.
