Konstantin Daletsky was detained at home on the evening of June 26, and taken to the police station, where a warrant was issued under Art. 23.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. He was placed in a temporary holding facility until trial. On June 29, the court pronounced him guilty of violating the law on mass events and jailed him for five days.
