The Russian Ministry of Justice has added Konstantin Susolkin (also known as Berezin), founder of the newspaper Narodny Zhurnalist and the magazine Sasha, a journalist and entrepreneur from Kursk, to the register of “foreign agents.” According to the ministry, he disseminated false information about Russian politics, shared negative reports about the Russian military, opposed the war in Ukraine, participated in the distribution of materials produced by “foreign agents,” and received foreign funding. Susolkin currently resides outside Russia.
