Blogger Komyor Mirzoyev who disappeared on September 7 in Moscow was taken to Dushanbe and is now in the police department of Tajikistan. This was reported by Mirzoyev’s relatives. In his homeland, a criminal case was initiated against the Pamir activist under Part 2 of Article 187 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan (participation in a criminal group or organization or the association of the organizers, leaders, or other representatives of organized groups). The punishment under this article is imprisonment for a term of eight to twelve years.
