On June 4, in the courtyard of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, a security officer accompanying Minister of Internal Affairs Arpineh Sargsyan obstructed the professional activities of Knar Manukyan, a parliamentary correspondent for the Zhoghovurd newspaper and the news website Armlur.am, by blocking her access to the minister and preventing her from asking a question.
