YouTube removed a video from the Kloop channel because it contained «insults, threats or intimidation». However, according to the media portal, it was a video instruction in Kyrgyz for Kloop observers who worked in the Kyrgyz elections. The media employees reported that the video did not contain insults, threats, or intimidation. The appeal was rejected. «The video was not publicly available: it was an instruction, to which only our observers had access via a link» – Klopp.kg reported. -....We suspect that there was a deliberate action against Kloop to send a massive number of complaints, and it was organized by those who want to prevent us from effectively observing the upcoming elections». The removal of the video and a one-week ban on publishing content on the YouTube channel came almost two days before the parliamentary elections in Kyrgyzstan.
