Roskomnadzor restricted access to the website of the Kyrgyz internet media Kloop at the demand of the Prosecutor General’s Office, according to the Roskomsvoboda registry, which tracks blocked resources. The decision to block was made on April 23. The reason for restricting access is unknown. Roskomsvoboda believes that the website was blocked because the journalists of the media called Russia’s invasion of Ukraine a war, rather than a «special operation».
