Rosfinmonitoring has added Kirill Martynov, editor-in-chief of Novaya Gazeta Europe, to its register of “terrorists and extremists.” An asterisk appears next to his name, indicating that criminal proceedings for terrorism have been initiated against him. In mid-October, the FSB accused the Russian Anti-War Committee of attempting to seize power and form a terrorist organisation due to its activities in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE). A press release named more than 20 individuals, including Martynov.
