Kirill Kharatyan, the editor of VPost, was declared a «foreign agent». Former TV Rain correspondent Natalia Telegina, film critic Anton Dolin, former editor-in-chief of MBKh Media Veronica Kutsyllo, former editor of MBKh Media Ivan Zhadayev, and journalist Vladimir Ruvisky were also declared «foreign agents». The Ministry of Justice recognized three more people as «foreign agents physical entities».
