The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation has added the editor-in-chief of the Vladimir-based media outlet Dovod Kirill Ishutin to the register of «foreign agents». According to the Ministry, he participated in protests against the current Russian authorities abroad, disseminated fakes about their policies, and participated in the creation of content by «foreign agents».
