Additional information:

A group of Media and Journalism students conducted an organized cyber bullying attack on a Kirill Altman. The attack was provoked by the blogger’s ironic post under the photo of Uzbek MPs singing the national anthem. Dozens of students followed with angry comments, condemning Altman for mocking the anthem. They also threatened him with legal actions and speculated about Altman’s mental health.
