Human.uz website director Khurshid Daliyev and six other journalists have been detained as administrators of the Telegram channel Kompromat.uzb and are now suspected of extortion. On the morning of January 27, it became known that persons in civilian clothes stormed into the office of Human.uz without warning, searched it and then took away in an unknown direction the website’s director Khurshid Daliyev, the editor-in-chief Muslim Mirzazhonov and five other employees of the media.
