The editorial board of the Khorosheye Delo newspaper was involved as a third party by the defendant in the lawsuit of the chairman of the Soyuz Aktsiya public association Sergey Puzyrenko against three residents of Rudny. The plaintiff demands to recognize the information published in the article as unreliable and defaming the honor and dignity. Also, the chairman of the public association asks the court to recover KZT 1,500,000 from the defendants as compensation for moral damage.
