The Khazar TV channel employees were not allowed to film on Baku Boulevard. The security service employees of Coastal Boulevard Department prohibited journalists from filming. The security guards told the journalists that even though it was a public place, they had to get official permission. In its official statement, the Boulevard management stated that it is a National Park and that filming in the specially protected park should be done with a permit.
