The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation liquidated the news agency Khakassia. The lawsuit to terminate the agency’s activity was filed by Roskomnadzor at the end of November 2023. According to Sota, the reason for the lawsuit was the absence of the necessary markings in the materials of Khakassia. In particular, the representative of Roskomnadzor stated in court that the editorial board did not mark the Freedom of Russia Legion as a terrorist organisation in its publications, and also did not add the «foreign agent» marking when mentioning the lead singer of the band Nogu Svelo! Maksim Pokrovsky.
