On October 14, the editorial office of the KazTAG news agency reported a cyberattack. «We continue to be DDoS-attacked and attacked with spam, over 61 thousand requests to the website in the moment», — Amir Kasenov, editor-in-chief of KazTAG, wrote on Facebook. Administrators of the website turned on protection — a system to check the security of the connection to the Internet portal. After that, the website continued to work, but with a delay of fractions of a second during the first visit to the website, due to the triggering of the protection.
