The provider, which hosts the website of the KazTAG news agency, forwarded a letter to the editorial board from an alleged lawyer representing the interests of the Eurasian Resources Group shareholder Alexander Mashkevich. The letter demanded to delete the publication or block access to it by third parties «immediately due to the infliction of damage to the rights of Alexander Mashkevich and violation of the law». The author of the letter accuses the media of spreading false information defaming the honour and dignity of the shareholder. It's unknown why the letter's author applied to the hosting company and not to the editorial office itself.
