Kazakh-Chinese oil refinery company «Kasgermunai» filed a lawsuit in the Bostandyisk district court against to the owner of online media Caravan.kz and «Kazakhstan Today» and correspondent Adil Urmanov on the protection of business reputation. The reason for the lawsuit was his article titled: “The Smoke of Fatherland: oil company in Kyzylordinki region is openly burning money in a desert”. “KazGerMunai” thinks that two exerts from the text contain negative information about the company and demand retraction.
