The journalist was not allowed to attend the Ladyzhyn City Council session, which considered the budget for 2021. Prior to the meeting, she was informed that because of the coronavirus pandemic, guests were not allowed to attend the session. However, no official referred to any document that prevented journalists from attending the session.
