The Minsk City Court declared videographer Kanstantsin Nikanorau guilty of aiding and abetting in discrediting the Republic of Belarus (Part 6 of Article 16 and Article 369-1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus) and sentenced him to three years of restricted freedom without sending him to a correctional institution (home chemistry). The court also imposed on him a fine of BYN 3,200. The trial was conducted by judge Natalya Buguk.
