On September 15, the head of the YouTube channel Kanal 13 Aziz Orudzhev was summoned to the General Prosecutor’s Office, where he was given a warning. The press service of the General Prosecutor’s Office told Turan that the warning was issued for violating the requirements of the laws «On Information, Informatization, and Protection of Information» and «On National Security». The reason was the publication of video footage damaging the reputation of the Azerbaijani army and casting a shadow on the country’s defense capability on September 13, 2022. «After a warning, the said materials were removed from the channel», — the prosecutor’s office noted. Orudzhev himself confirmed to Turan the summons to the prosecutor’s office and said that the published materials «serve to inform society.» He did not specify what kind of materials he was referring to. General Prosecutor’s Office also did not say what kind of video materials were implied
