Lilian Racoviţă, one of the subjects of an investigation conducted by the Center for Investigative Journalism of Moldova, filed a complaint against the author of the investigation, journalist Julieta Saviţchi, with the police and the court, accusing her of spreading libel. The journalist was summoned to the police to give explanations. The Chisinau District Court scheduled the first hearing of the civil case, initiated on the basis of Racovita's complaint, for the next month.
