A court in Chita has imposed two fines of RUB 35,000 each under the article on «discrediting» the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation) on blogger Ivan Losev for two interviews he gave to BBC and TV Rain about how he was fined after publishing a retelling of a dream with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky in his Instagram stories. The blogger was denounced: a woman from Primorye did not like the broadcast with his participation on TV Rain, and a woman from Chita did not like the video from the BBC.
